1. Account registration and eligibility
1.1 Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older. Swiss citizenship is not required — international residents of Switzerland are welcome.
1.2 Personal information: Provide your full legal name (as on official ID or passport), email, date of birth and a valid residential address. False information invalidates the account and all balances are forfeited.
1.3 One account per person: Duplicate accounts are merged; bonuses are forfeited. Shared accounts between family members or friends are not permitted.
1.4 Account ownership: Your account is not transferable and not inheritable. You bear sole responsibility for the security of your login credentials.

3. Welcome bonus terms

5. Responsible gaming and player protection
5.1 Deposit limits: Voluntary weekly or monthly CHF limits can be set. Once reached, further deposits are not possible until the next reset.
5.2 Cool-down period: A break of 1–7 days is possible. The account is locked; the balance is retained.
5.3 Self-exclusion: Voluntary closure for 6–12 months or indefinitely. The account is locked; the balance is returned within 30 days. Reactivation requires proof of changed circumstances.
